INGREDIENTS

1 1/4 cup Torani Sugar Free Strawberry syrup
1 cup Granulated Splenda(R)
2 cups fresh lemon juice
8 cups water
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
In a 3 quart pitcher, combine all ingredients and stir well. Add large slow-melting ice to fill. Makes 8 servings.

Spiked Ginger Coconut Limeade

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups light rum
3/4 cup Torani Coconut syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
7 cups prepared limeade
6-8 lime wheels for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
The night before, combine Torani and ginger in a mixing cup and let sit covered overnight, 8-12 hours, at room temperature. Strain out the ginger and add the ginger infused Torani Coconut syrup to a 3 quart pitcher. Top with rum and limeade and stir well. Add the lime wheels to the pitcher and add large, slow-melting ice to keep cool.

Blue Raspberry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS
In a 3 quart pitcher, combine
3/4 cup Torani Blue Raspberry syrup
2 quarts prepared lemonade
1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
In a 3 quart pitcher, combine all ingredients and stir well. Add large slow-melting ice to fill. Makes 8 servings.

Try making your ice in a muffin pan, or silicone muffin pan for easy ice cube release. The larger ice cubes will melt more slowly, keeping your batched drink from getting diluted. You can even add sliced berries or limes to the ice cubes before freezing. If you’re using a metal muffin pan, remove it from the freezer 10-15 minutes ahead of time and let it sit on the counter so the cubes will release from the tray more easily.

White Chocolate Coconut Iced Mocha

INGREDIENTS
1 oz. With less than a month left before the most anticipated royal wedding of this generation, we invite you to celebrate with us. To start off the party we’ve created a brand new latte in honor Prince William and Kate Middleton’s special day.

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir well. Pour into pint glasses filled with ice, and garnish with a celery stalk and salame skewer. Recipe yields 8 16-oz servings.

Savory French Toast

6 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup Torani Mortadella syrup

2 tsp. dried parsley

8 slices stale ciabatta bread

6 oz. mozzarella cheese

1 cup vegetable oil for frying

1 clove garlic, crushed

In a medium-sized bowl, beat together eggs, milk, Torani and parsley; set aside.

Slice the mozzarella into 8 rounds. Make 6 sandwiches with the bread and mozzarella, dip each sandwich in egg mixture.

In a large skillet, lightly saute garlic in oil, then remove and discard garlic. Fry dipped sandwiches in the oil. When the sandwiches are browned, cut them into quarters on the diagonal and serve warm.

Melon Salad with Prosciutto Dressing

1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup Torani Prosciutto syrup

1 Tbsp. grated orange zest

1/4 tsp. kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper

2 cups small cantaloupe balls

2 cups 1/2-inch diced seedless watermelon

1 ripe mango, cut into 1/4-inch dice

1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves

2 large ripe avocados

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

6 thin lime slices

Pour the orange juice and Torani into a large salad bowl. Whisk in the olive oil and orange zest; season with 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Toss the cantaloupe, watermelon, and mango in the dressing. Just before serving, stir in the basil leaves.

Cut the avocados into 1/2 inch dice; place in a small bowl. Sprinkle with the lime juice, and season with the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir lightly to combine. Spoon an even amount of avocado into the bottom of 6 large martini or wine glasses. Top avocado with melon salad; garnish each salad with a lime slice.
